健康維持の為に二子玉川でピラティスに通うかジムに通うか悩んでいた時にお店の前を通り知りました。 かなりお得な料金で体験できるようなのでハズレた!と思ってもまぁいいか!と期待せず、とりあえず予約。 結果は体験だけでもここ数年悩みだった腰痛や首の痛みがかなり改善。 きちんと通えば、諦めてた身体の捻れ感も改善できそうなので、回数券を購入して通うことにしました。 まだ数回しか行ってないのですが、行くたびに身体が楽になってます。 I came across this store when I was debating whether to go to Pilates or the gym in Futakotamagawa to maintain my health. 体の不調や痛みの根本的な原因を、的確に指摘してくれるのでなるほどー!と思いながらトレーニングができます。何回か言われた通りに動かすと、直後から体が使いやすくなるのを実感できました! 大きな器具の使用や難しいトレーニングではないので、これなら自分でもできそう!と思えます! またよろしくお願いします! 仕事柄、ヒールを履く機会が多く、股関節のつまりや痛みが気になっていました。 中林トレーナーに相談したところ、わかりやすく原因と改善のトレーニングを教えてくれました。 筋肉をほぐしてもらった時はめちゃくちゃ痛かったですが、終わった後のスッキリ感がとても良く癖になりそうです(笑) 色々な整体やマッサージに通っても一時的な改善しかできなかったのですが、とても楽になったので引き続き頑張って通い、股関節の痛みの改善と一緒に美脚も絶対手に入れます!!!
